Terms Of Use

Please read the following “Terms of agreements” (the “Terms”) carefully before registering.

1. Creating an Account

You can create an Account and use the provided services by Tradesbit only if you meet, and continue to meet, the following conditions:

  1. you are legally entitled to do so under the law of the country you are in, or any other relevant jurisdiction;
  2. if you are an individual, you are 18 years or older;
  3. if you are an entity, you are correctly formed or incorporated and in good standing;
  4. you have the capacity and authority to agree to our terms;
  5. unless authorized by Tradesbit, you will maintain one account on the platform at any given time.

If at any time you do not meet these conditions, you must notify us and must stop using the our services. We can close or suspend your Account at any time where you do not meet these conditions.

You are authorized to register a maximum of one account on the platform. Requests for additional accounts must be sent via email to noreply@tradesbit.com. Tradesbit may deny a request for an additional account in its sole discretion and for any reason. In this case the registration of multiple accounts would be a violation of these Terms and may lead to immediate termination of accounts involved.

2. Account Security

You must take all reasonable steps to keep your Account secure and prevent any fraudulent use of it. This includes things like (but is not limited to):

  1. changing any passwords regularly;
  2. taking care to ensure that no one sees you enter your security details when you log in to access the Website;
  3. using any supported Two-factor Authentication methods to secure account;
  4. keeping the details we hold about you up to date;
  5. ensuring that you send digital assets or funds to the correct wallet address as specified by us and that you supply correct details of any wallet address or that you instruct us to transfer digital assets or funds to.

We may introduce new security procedures for your Account and/or our Services which, if required by us, you must comply with. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable where these might affect you.

We may stop or block access to your Account or the Services where we suspect:

  1. that the security of your Account has been compromised;
  2. that there has been unauthorized or fraudulent use or attempted unauthorized or fraudulent use of your Account;
  3. we are required to do so by law or any regulatory authority.

Where we are able, we will notify you if we propose to block or have blocked access to your Account or Services and give you reasons for doing so.

3. Eligible Digital Currency

Eligible Digital Currency refers to assets that are supported by Tradesbit and are available for investments, deposits, or withdrawals on the platform.

It is your sole responsibility to make sure that Digital Currency you wish to deposit to or withdraw from Tradesbit platform are Eligible Digital Currency, and that your deposit or withdrawal of Eligible Digital Currency on the blockchain is directed over the correct blockchain and to the correct wallet address as instructed to you by Tradesbit. For example, if you select an Ethereum to transfer funds, you shall be solely responsible to assure that you are initiating a transfer of Ethereum alone, and not any other currency such as Bitcoin or BNB.

If you do not carefully follow these instructions, your Digital Currency may be irrevocably lost, and Tradesbit may not be able to assist you in retrieving them. Tradesbit will not be liable to you for any such loss and shall not be under any obligation to retrieve such Digital Currency.

4. Deposits

You may fund your account by transferring Eligible Digital Currency from your virtual wallet on the blockchain or accounts with third parties. No fees will be charged by Tradesbit for funding the account; however, the blockchain transactions may incur additional network fees, as well as some third parties, such as payment processors, may charge transaction and other fees. The Digital Currency will be transferred to the platform's address and the platform will then credit your Tradesbit account with the same amount of Digital Currency.

5. Withdrawals

The Digital Currency available in your Tradesbit account balance is available for the withdrawal at anytime.

To withdraw funds from your Tradesbit account you will be required to provide the details of the virtual wallet or accounts with third parties to which you wish to receive the Digital Currency. In the event that the details you provide are inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, your Digital Currency may be permanently lost. We will not be liable for any loss that results from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading details that you may provide for such transfer.

When possible, Tradesbit initiates the withdrawal process immediately following a withdrawal request; however, sometimes we may require a maximum of up to 24 hours after you submit your withdrawal request to process the payment.

6. Affiliate And Reward Programs

We may from time to time introduce specialized initiatives to promote engagement and education among clients with regards to Tradesbit, such as Bounty Program or Affiliate Program. In all cases, we reserve the absolute right to change, withdraw, modify or suspend parts or entire programs without any prior notice.

If you enroll into such programs, you agree to be bound by the following affiliation terms:

  1. programs activities will be carried out in good faith, in professional and lawful conduct;
  2. you will not create multiple accounts on our platform and will thereby not be entitled to receive further commission or additional compensation;
  3. you must not misrepresent the Company, its clients or potential clients in any way that may adversely affect the image, reputation or credibility of Tradesbit;
  4. you must not directly or indirectly involve in fraudulent or illegal activity, such as false advertising, spam, manipulation of the Platform's services or generating fraudulent traffic;
  5. you are required to carry out all marketing activities by acting exclusively in your own name and not in the name of the Company.

Any misconduct or infringement of the affiliation terms above will be considered a material breach and action will be taken to terminate or suspend affiliate's account without prior notice.

7. Taxes

We are not responsible for collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes arising from any transaction in connection with your Tradesbit account. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable law in your jurisdiction such as reporting or paying any taxes arising from your use of the Services, and you are strongly advised to obtain independent legal tax advice prior to making any financial decisions.

8. Linking Agreement

We encourage you and your associations, business organizations to use the unique affiliate links or banner ads to provide links to Tradesbit from your internet websites, blogs or social media. However you are prohibited from using the Tradesbit logo or names in a manner that is likely to cause confusion with, or dilute or damage the reputation or image of Tradesbit or any of its affiliates. You agree that no part of your web site will contain content that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or which may infringe or violate any third party rights.

9. Copyright And Intellectual Property

You agree and acknowledge that we own all right and interest to and in the Services, the associated software, technology tools and content, the Tradesbit website, any logos, images, designs, and other written and multimedia materials displayed on the website, and other materials produced by and related to Tradesbit.

You are permitted to store, display, analyze, modify, reformat and print the information made available to you through the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that no proprietary rights are being transferred to you in such materials or information and you are not permitted to publish, transmit, or otherwise reproduce that information, in whole or in part, in any format to any third party without the Company's express written consent.

10. External Links

Our website may contain links to third party websites. Please note that our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice do not apply to any third party websites. We do not endorse other websites, and take no responsibility for the operation and privacy practices of other websites.

11.Communicating With Us

Please send any communications to Tradesbit to our email address noreply@tradesbit.com or through our Website.

If we receive a communication relating to your Account other than via the Website, we may choose to either act or not on that communication, or to impose further requirements as we see fit. You accept that when you send a communication outside of the Website, that communication may not be secure, and that we will not be liable if we act on that communication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are is governed by the Laws of England and Wales. All disputes and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Terms shall be finally settled in court in England. All Services provided by the Company to the Client shall be subject to Applicable Regulations and the laws and regulations of any other public authorities which govern the operation of the Company as they are amended or modified from time to time.

13. Amendments

Please be aware that the terms and conditions governing the Services can change over time. We reserve the right to discontinue or make updates to any of the Services. We may change these Terms and the updated version will supersede all prior versions. We will provide notice of changes, additions, and deletions, as required by law. If we have provided advance notice and you do not agree with a change, you may close your Tradesbit Account and demand repayment of outstanding balance before the effective date of the change. By continuing to use the Service following the effective date of any change will constitute your acceptance of such change and subject your Tradesbit Account to the modified Terms.

14. Complains

If you would like to lodge a complaint, please contact our Customer Support Team via any contact option available on Contact Us page or send us an email to noreply@tradesbit.com. All complaints will be reviewed by the company in 24 hours and we will respond with an advice on how to resolve it.

15. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delay or default in the performance of our obligations due to contingencies beyond our control, such as (including but not limited to) losses caused directly or indirectly by market rulings, fire, flood, civil commotion, earthquake, war, strikes, pandemic or epidemic events, failure of the internet links or government regulatory action, or acts of God.

16. Termination

Subject to the below, you may terminate these terms and conditions by giving at least 5 business days' notice and ceasing to use the Services.

Without affecting any other right or remedy available to us, we may terminate our relationship with you and these terms and conditions by giving you at least 5 business days' written notice, if:

  1. you breach any of our terms which is irremediable or you fail to remedy that breach within a period of 5 business days after being notified in writing to do so;
  2. we are required to terminate our agreement with you or the Services by any competent regulatory authority or as a matter of law.

Termination shall be without prejudice to the completion of transactions already initiated under these terms and conditions. Unless specifically prohibited, we will complete such transactions as soon as practicable, provided that you pay us all outstanding amounts owing to us under these terms and conditions. We may transfer investments to you in accordance with your direction, or agree to continue to hold investments for you, subject to agreement on suitable terms.
